What kind of products do you sell?
We sell analytical chemicals. This is not suitable for human consumption.

Do you also ship to my country?
We ship our products throughout the EU. The offer is limited to the products permitted in the respective country.

Are you serious
Our team has been looking after the shops www.1plsd.de and www.1plsd.de for years. We are an official Lizard Labs partner and are also listed in their retailer list. www.lizardlabs.eu .

Are other language settings possible?

How long are you still active?
We stay active until the end. We adapt to relevant legal changes regarding our products.

What do the blotters look like?
All of our blotters have the trivial name of the substance they contain printed on them. We cannot offer a different design.

How can I contact support?
We currently only support support via Telegram – this can be found in the support section of our website. Please ensure you include your order number (if applicable) and order email address when contacting support, otherwise our response will take longer.

Why aren’t you replying to my support tickets? If your question is answered by this FAQ, you may not receive a response to your support ticket. Additionally, if you submit multiple support tickets, our response will be further delayed as well.

Can I pay by card or PayPal?

Why don’t you sell 1cP-LSD anymore?
1cP-LSD has recently become a banned substance in Germany and as all our products ship from Germany we are no longer able to sell it.

How is 1V-LSD different from 1cP-LSD?
1V-LSD is very similar to 1cP-LSD as it is also a prodrug of LSD. Although some report that 1V-LSD is more visual than 1cP-LSD, it can be considered an identical substitute for research purposes.

Is 1V LSD legal?
1V-LSD is legal in most countries, but ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to check the legal situation before ordering from 1PLSD.DE.

Are 1pLSD.de products supplied by Lizard Labs?
Yes, we are an authorized Lizard Labs dealer and source all 1plsd.de blotters from them.

Who is Lizard Labs?
Lizard Labs is the original and most trusted manufacturer of novel Lysergamide products in the world. They have developed 1cP-LSD, 1V-LSD and a number of other similar products and produce precisely dosed and consistent blotters.

Does your 1V-LSD contain impurities such as iso-1V-LSD or LSD?
No, our 1V-LSD does not contain any significant impurities. The minimum chemical purity of our 1V-LSD is >98% (but usually >99%). The maximum acceptable limit for iso-1V-LSD is 1% and for LSD 0% (must be below the detection limit). Our 1V-LSD does not contain LSD. Detailed analytical data for each batch of 1V-LSD that we offer can be found on the product page.

How can I convince myself of the quality of the product in advance?
Independent information about this product, which is manufactured uniformly worldwide, is available online under the Google search term “1V-LSD”.

Do you send out free samples?
No.

How should the goods be stored?
Based on our research on the manufacturer, we were able to find out that the substance was protected from light and stored airtight at room temperature for a period of ~1 year and that no defect was found. This statement sounds plausible compared to the experiences we were able to make with the substance. Please avoid moisture (e.g. refrigerator) and acidic/alkaline milus.

Can you label the contents of the package differently?
No. We use discreet standard packaging with no external references to BASH Designer Labs or the product. The goods within the package are labeled truthfully. Within the EU, postal items may not be opened and checked without suspicion.

I have not received an order confirmation!
In this case, please check your spam folder. Since we use an anonymous e-mail server abroad for reasons of data protection, our order confirmations are sent to the spam folder of some e-mail providers.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all standard services except Paypal. Cash on delivery and Bitcoin are also possible.

Why can’t I pay by Paypal (etc..)?
The terms and conditions of most payment service providers prohibit the receipt of payment for goods such as those sold by us and block the user account in the event of violations.

How do you allocate my Bitcoin payment to my order?
Our Bitcoin provider automatically gives us your order number.

Do you also offer cash on delivery?
You can pay for your order with the postman in cash (cash on delivery). To do this, select in the checkout area: “Payment to the postman”.

How can I pay immediately with Bitcoins to receive the goods the next day?
You must first purchase Bitcoins and can then send them to us. We receive the bitcoins immediately after you send them. For the purchase of bitcoins we recommend www.btcdirect.eu, as this company offers instant transfer and credit card for the purchase of bitcoins.

Shipment:

When will the goods be shipped?
All orders received before 11:00 a.m. are shipped the same day.

What happens to the shipment if I am not at home when it is handed over?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the goods will be deposited for you in a nearby post office for 7 days.

What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen in transit?
For each shipment that is lost or stolen in transit, we arrange for a replacement delivery after 7 days (orders from Germany) or 14 days (orders from other EU countries). We repeat this until the shipment is delivered to you.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive the tracking number with your shipping confirmation on the day of shipping. You may not receive tracking information until 24 hours AFTER your order has shipped. This is because there may be a delay between shipping and uploading the tracking numbers. Please be patient with your tracking number and please do not create support tickets if you have not received your tracking number after 3 days.

When will my order be delivered to me?
We ship immediately after payment. Your payment reaches us immediately. Our shipments usually reach their recipient the following day and are also delivered on Saturdays.
